Job Description
**Job title:** Senior Manager, E‑Commerce Product **Role Summary:** Lead the product strategy and execution for a SFCC‑based e‑commerce platform within a large retailer or travel/hospitality context. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, prioritize roadmap items, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals. **Expectations:** Deliver measurable improvements in conversion, personalization, and operational efficiency. Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch, while overseeing a high‑performing remote/hybrid team in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and own the product roadmap for SFCC‑based storefronts. - Lead end‑to‑end product development, including requirement elicitation, prioritization, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate with engineering, UX/UI, data, and marketing teams to design, test, and deploy integrations with personalization engines, recommendation systems, and other third‑party services. - Own product performance metrics (conversion rate, basket size, churn) and apply data‑driven insights for continuous improvement. - Champion agile practices, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross‑team synchronization. - Translate customer journey mapping into functional requirements and UI flows. - Manage stakeholder communications, release planning, and post‑launch review. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years focused on e‑commerce or digital platforms. - 3+ years managing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) products with deep expertise in Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA). - Proven experience in integrating and customizing e‑commerce solutions. - Strong background in travel, hospitality, or retail preferred. - Familiarity with personalization engines, recommendation systems, and customer journey mapping. - Advanced understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile. - Expert in agile methodologies and leading cross‑functional teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Product management certification (e.g., CSPO, PMP, or equivalent) preferred. ---
