Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Business Development Executive **Role Summary** Seeking a results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales for a Property Technology (PropTech) SaaS platform. Ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales cycles and a preference for technology or SaaS solutions. Full product training provided. **Expectations** Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 2 years) with a results-oriented mindset. Must manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, client relationship building, and closing deals. Comfortable working remotely with autonomy. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and research new business opportunities via market research, prospecting tools, and competitor analysis. - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person engagement. - Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs and articulate value across industries. - Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. - Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with accurate records of activity, forecasts, and pipeline health. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and campaigns. **Required Skills** - Proven track record in B2B sales (SaaS/technology preferred). - Strong communication skills to present complex software solutions persuasively. - Proactive, target-driven self-starter with remote work experience. - Hands-on CRM platform experience (e.g., HubSpot). - Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. - Familiarity with SaaS, PropTech, or digital solutions advantageous. - Adaptability to learn product expertise and pivot across market sectors. **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific education or certifications required.
