Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Developer – Renewable Energy BESS, PV & EMS **Role Summary:** Drive growth and secure large‑scale industrial renewable projects (solar, wind, EV charging, BESS, EMS). Identify opportunities, educate clients, develop win‑win business plans, and negotiate contracts to expand the company’s renewable portfolio. **Expactations:** - Deliver a continuous pipeline of qualified leads and close deals to meet quarterly revenue targets. - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. - Produce compelling proposals and business cases that align client needs with company capabilities. - Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (project management, engineering, finance) to ensure seamless project handover. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify large renewable energy projects (solar, wind, EV infrastructure, BESS, EMS). - Create and execute a renewable energy business development plan. - Educate prospects on technical specifications, benefits, and ROI of renewable solutions. - Draft, present, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts. - Serve as the primary point of contact for local and regional stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities. - Build and nurture partnerships to increase visibility and lead generation. - Contribute to internal strategy meetings and project planning sessions. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B prospecting, sales, and negotiation experience. - Strong project development and management capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and solution‑selling skills. - Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Dutch and/or French. - Passion for renewable energy and environmental technologies. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience in renewable energy business development preferred. - Project management or renewable energy certifications (e.g., PMP, NREL, etc.) are a plus.
