**Role Summary**
Lead enterprise‑level pursuit and activation of Microsoft‑aligned cloud, security, data, and workplace solutions across Global Financial Services accounts. Act as the bridge between WWT account leadership, Softchoice’s technical expertise, and Microsoft field organization to translate strategy into accountable pipeline, high‑value service deployments, and long‑term modernization roadmaps.

- Drive measurable growth of Microsoft‑based services within assigned GES accounts.
- Deliver disciplined sales execution and accurate forecasting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft and client executive teams.
- Showcase enterprise‑wide value and sustain long‑term revenue pipelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Enterprise Sales Execution** – Lead high‑impact Microsoft‑aligned pursuits (AI, Cloud & AI Platforms, Security).
2. **Pursuit Strategy & Team Leadership** – Develop and maintain pursuit plans, orchestrate cross‑functional teams (Delivery, Architecture, PMO, Microsoft field).
3. **Strategy Operationalization** – Embed SFTC/WWT Microsoft priorities into account plans, QBRs, and modernization roadmaps.
4. **Microsoft Field Engagement** – Partner with Microsoft Account Teams, PDMs, and specialists to co‑sell, leverage funding levers, and secure multi‑year programs.
5. **Service Activation & Velocity** – Shape discovery → design → delivery pathways, coordinate workshops, and accelerate deployment against WWT execution standards.
6. **C‑Suite Strategic Facilitation** – Own EA/COCP moments, convert renewal insights into pipeline opportunities, and present integrated modernization proposals.
7. **Pursuit Hygiene & Coaching** – Govern opportunity framing, competitive positioning, risk assessment, solution narratives; coach managers on closure actions and win‑loss insights.
8. **Pipeline & Forecast Management** – Maintain rigorous pipeline health, forecast accuracy, executive‑ready dashboards, and reporting to sales leadership and Microsoft stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- 10–15 years of enterprise technology sales or solution‑strategy experience.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud (Azure, M365), security, data, and workplace solutions.
- Proven track record of winning multi‑million‑dollar enterprise pursuits.
- Strong business‑case development, financial modeling, and risk assessment capabilities.
- Advanced pipeline management, Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency, and forecasting discipline.
- Excellence in cross‑functional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Negotiation, influence, and coaching skills.
- Ability to synthesize Microsoft demand signals into actionable pursuit plans.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent leadership training preferred.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance Administrator) are desirable but not mandatory.
