**Job Title:** AI Scientist **Role Summary:** Design and implement AI solutions to drive innovation, efficiency, and compliance in financial services, ensuring ethical and responsible AI use in line with regulatory standards. **Expectations:** Develop and optimize AI models to enhance decision-making and customer experiences; maintain AI systems with adaptability to emerging technologies; integrate AI with UI tools and govern AI lifecycle with ethical and regulatory frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and test AI models for operational and customer-centric improvements. - Maintain and optimize existing AI systems using cloud-based technologies. - Integrate AI systems with UI tools (e.g., Mendix) to enhance functionality. - Apply MLOps/DevOps practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and scalability. - Ensure compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR, and ethical AI governance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI governance and risk mitigation. - Translate technical AI insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. - Deliver training sessions on AI governance and trends through workshops and knowledge-sharing. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn). - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and MLOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization). - Project management skills with clear KPIs for AI/analytics projects. - Agile development and cross-department collaboration experience. - Communication skills to present AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with UI/UX tools (e.g., Mendix) for AI product integration. - Knowledge of financial regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - 2–6 years of experience in AI/data science roles, preferably in finance.
