Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations Analyst **Role Summary:** Support the Operations team in optimizing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and driving data-informed decisions across departments to enhance efficiency and alignment with business objectives. **Expectations:** Maintain systems integrity, troubleshoot operational tools, resolve cross-platform discrepancies, and collaborate on strategic operational improvements to sustain revenue accuracy and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure data consistency and accuracy across contracting, delivery, finance, and billing systems throughout the customer lifecycle. - Provide second-line support for customer-contract tools, resolving system issues escalated from frontline teams. - Conduct system reconciliations (CRM, billing, finance) to resolve discrepancies and protect revenue integrity. - Govern product-setup processes, maintaining aligned pricing and configuration in operational systems. - Facilitate workflow upgrades, translating commercial requests into system actions and validating process outcomes. - Map and document interdepartmental processes, identifying automation opportunities and minimizing manual tasks. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and actionable recommendations. - Develop performance dashboards and KPI reports for leadership to track real-time operational metrics. - Oversee complex contracting processes, coordinating service novation, provisioning, and billing during transitions. - Track cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and progress updates. - Monitor compliance and risk exposure, implementing controls to meet regulatory and operational standards. - Maintain updated SOPs and knowledge bases for consistent operational best practices. - Provide administrative and analytical support to senior operations leadership. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities to extract insights from complex data systems. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred). - Process-orientation with expertise in operational workflow optimization. - Clear communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments. - Proactive, investigative problem-solving approach with ownership of resolution. - Experience in operations, business analysis, revenue assurance, or similar roles. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. - Prior experience in operations or data-driven analysis roles (2+ years). - Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and financial reporting principles. - Certifications in data analytics, ERP tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), or process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) preferred.
