**Job Title** Junior Sales Executive **Role Summary** Drive revenue growth by sourcing, qualifying, and closing new B2B business opportunities for high‑performance connectivity solutions across digital sales channels. Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, build long‑term customer relationships, and act as a trusted partner for prospective accounts. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, deliver compelling digital presentations, and collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and order‑intake targets. - Manage a consistently healthy prospect pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑ups. - Develop and deliver tailored value propositions that address client needs and position the solution competitively. - Work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Proactively source new business via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. - Qualify leads, assess client requirements, and tailor proposals accordingly. - Maintain and update a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Deliver virtual product presentations and proposals to prospective customers. - Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns. - Keep current on product offerings, pricing structures, and industry market trends. - Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecast accuracy. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales or business‑development experience in tech, telecom, SaaS, or infrastructure sectors. - Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive presentation skills. - Self‑starter with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management. - Ability to operate independently and collaborate across teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Certifications in sales methodology (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC) or CRM platforms are a plus.
