About the Company

At LVMH Fragrance Brands, we are entrepreneurs of beauty, guided by innovation and driven by passion, and we DARE to do things differently. It is what we believe in, what unites us. It is with Determination that we imagine bold creations while setting ourselves ambitious goals. We are determined to go outside our comfort zone and make the uncomfortable, comfortable. Our Agility is reflected in the ability to take calculated risks. It means being able to navigate between a very clear long-term vision and the reality of the short term. Each failure is a stepping stone; each twist strengthens our collective force. Our constant quest for knowledge drives us to navigate with Realism and curiosity. This is how we anticipate future needs while remaining firmly anchored in the present. Empathy is an attitude that we value and expect across all our teams. We welcome differences with open arms and encourage diversity. Listening carefully to the world around us fuels our creativity and allows us to shape olfactory experiences that resonate intimately with each of our consumers. Our Houses embody a unique strength: passionate teams, iconic products, not to mention strong expertise at the service of New Ventures. LFB is Hubert de Givenchy's style - bold, timeless, and avant-garde - and that contagious freedom inherited from Kenzo Takada. At LVMH Fragrance Brands, we do more than create perfume; we forge a future where every scent tells a unique story. Join us on this adventure where together, we DARE to do things differently!
