Job Title: Copywriter Role Summary: Develop, produce, and optimize high‑volume, performance‑focused copy across direct‑to‑consumer, retail partner, and marketplace channels (PDPs, launch packs, email, paid media, retail moments). Drive brand consistency while translating marketing campaigns into marketplace‑ready storytelling at a global scale. Expactations: - Thrive in fast‑paced, volume‑driven environment. - Deliver content quickly with tight deadlines and changing priorities. - Autonomy with minimal supervision; cross‑functional collaboration. - Adapt voice across channels, regions, and cultural contexts. - Continuous feedback loops and real‑time iteration. Key Responsibilities: - Write and edit copy for DTC sites, Sephora, Amazon, and other key retail partners. - Translate Brand Marketing campaigns into platform‑specific narratives and assets. - Localize and adapt messaging for multiple markets while preserving core brand essence. - Participate in creative sessions and workflow coordination with senior copywriters, editors, PMs, and creative partners. - Use consumer insights and performance data to refine messaging and improve conversion. - Maintain a living copy library and editorial guidelines for consistency. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years professional copywriting experience. - Proven success in high‑volume, fast‑paced settings. - Strong portfolio of produced work, especially in video storytelling and integrated campaigns. - Strategic thinking combined with polished execution. - Adaptability to shifting priorities and tight timelines across time zones. - Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects. - Excellent editing, research, and data‑driven storytelling abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred). - Portfolio submission required; certifications not mandatory.
