How you’ll have an impact at Paula’s Choice:
This Copywriter sits on the Brand Marketing team and plays a pivotal role in how Paula’s Choice shows up across our most commercially critical channels. This role sits at the center of our DTC and marketplace ecosystem by supporting our owned channels and key retail partners, including Sephora and Amazon. You will ideate, execute, and deliver original content across evergreen and launch initiatives, translating brand storytelling into copy that performs in fast-moving, conversion-driven environments.
While grounded in Brand Marketing, this role is operationally focused on where brand meets commerce. You’ll ensure our voice is consistent, compelling, and performance-minded across PDPs, campaigns, emails, paid media, retail moments, and education. This role also supports copy at a global scale. You will help adapt and localize messaging across markets, ensuring cultural relevance while maintaining the integrity and essence of the Paula’s Choice voice.

As a Copywriter, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
Producing high volumes of on-brand, performance-minded copy across DTC, Sephora, and Amazon
Translating Brand Marketing campaigns into marketplace-ready storytelling
Writing and optimizing PDPs, launch copy, campaign assets, and channel-specific messaging
Evolving and authentically adjusting brand voice across platforms and regions
Participating in fast-paced creative sessions and cross-functional workflows
Using consumer insights and business context to drive smarter, more effective copy
Collaborating closely with the Senior Copywriter, Editorial team, Project Manager, and creative partners to keep work moving quickly and on brand
Partnering with global stakeholders to localize copy for different markets and cultural contexts
Iterating in real time based on feedback, performance data, and shifting priorities
The Details
Location: We are based in Seattle, but open to remote
Hours: Typically, regular business hours, but some flexibility and extended hours required
Physical requirements: Ability to both sit for long periods of time & handle long periods of screen time
Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required for productions, team meetings or events
What You’ll Bring To The Table
3+ years of professional copywriting experience
Proven ability to perform in fast paced environments
Experience in video storytelling and integrated brand campaigns
A strong creative portfolio with high-visibility, produced work
Strategic thinking paired with exceptional execution and polish
Comfort working in lean teams with autonomy and urgency
Ability to adapt brand voice across channels and markets without losing its core essence
Experience balancing many projects at once in a fast-paced, volume-driven workflow
Ability to meet tight deadlines and flex across time zones and global partners
