**Job Title:** AI / Cybersecurity Product Manager (Entry Level & Experienced)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end product development for an AI‑powered runtime security platform. Own feature discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration while collaborating with engineering, design, and security stakeholders. Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and data‑driven improvements in a fully remote, fast‑paced startup environment.
**Expectations:**
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to release.
- Translate AI, detection, and telemetry concepts into actionable requirements.
- Prioritize roadmap using user feedback, analytics, and business impact.
- Own product launch, documentation, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and identify growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own defined product areas end‑to‑end.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
- Define clear product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize backlog and roadmap decisions with stakeholders.
- Drive feature launches, release notes, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Monitor metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate on features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and customer support teams.
- Maintain compliance with security and cloud standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Product management fundamentals: roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, agile delivery.
- Technical understanding of cybersecurity principles, AI/ML basics, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes, eBPF, containerization, and runtime security tools (plus).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for market and performance analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven collaboration in cross‑functional, agile teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CEH) or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
