Sentrilite is building the next-generation runtime security and observability platform powered by AI, designed to help security teams detect, understand, and respond to real threats across cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
As we grow, we’re looking for product managers at both early-career and experienced levels who want real ownership in shaping an emerging cybersecurity product.
Role Description
This is a full-time and fully remote role for an AI/Cybersecurity Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the development and enhancement of cutting-edge cybersecurity and AI-driven products, strategizing product roadmaps and ensuring successful launches. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineers and designers, conducting market research to identify user needs, defining product requirements with a focus on cybersecurity and AI solutions, and continuously analyzing data for iterative improvements. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards, and identifying growth opportunities for the product in the market.
Qualifications
Proficiency in product management techniques, including roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, and strategic problem-solving.
Technical understanding of cybersecurity principles, AI technologies (including machine learning basics and data-driven insights), and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaboration skills including experience working with software development teams, designers, and stakeholders in an agile development environment.
Strong analytical skills for conducting market research, analyzing metrics, and assessing product performance to drive improvements.
Familiarity with tools and technologies for cybersecurity, runtime security, or hybrid-cloud environments like Kubernetes, eBPF, and containerization is a plus.
Effective communication skills, with an ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications in security or cloud technologies are a plus.

• Own product areas end-to-end — from problem discovery to release and iteration
• Work closely with customers, security teams, and engineering to define high-impact features
• Translate AI, detection, and runtime telemetry concepts into clear product requirements
• Prioritize roadmap decisions using user feedback, usage data, and business context
• Drive launches, documentation, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving startup
Who should apply
Entry Level (0–3 years)
• Background in product, engineering, security, or customer-facing technical roles

Experienced (3+ years)
• Prior product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, SaaS, or developer tools
• Proven ability to ship features and own roadmap outcomes
• Comfort working with technical systems such as cloud platforms, Linux, or security tooling
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and senior stakeholders
