**Job title** Salesforce Administrator **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end management of the organization’s Salesforce platform, translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and platform performance. **Expectations** * Deliver accurate configuration, maintenance, and support to meet business objectives. * Maintain high data quality and application reliability. * Foster user proficiency and continuous improvement of Salesforce processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets; serve as primary support contact. * Configure custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow). * Perform data audits, deduplication, and cleansing with tools such as Data Loader; maintain data integrity. * Design, create, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support KPI tracking. * Build and optimize business processes and workflows to increase efficiency. * Monitor system performance; test and deploy Salesforce release updates in sandbox. * Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions. * Support integration of third‑party applications and external systems with Salesforce. **Required Skills** * 2–4 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator. * Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. * Proficiency in standard Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, layouts, security). * Experience with Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. * Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management best practices. * Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Demand Tools). * Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and strong organizational skills. * Excellent communication and the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical users. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). * Salesforce Certified Administrator (required). * Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Cloud Consultant) and knowledge of Apex/SQL are a plus.

Combines project management, legal operations, and compliance expertise to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in regulatory compliance. Expectations: * Deliver project outcomes that meet organizational goals and regulatory deadlines. * Maintain high standards of documentation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. * Demonstrate self‑direction, analytical judgment, and influence across cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute departmental projects and initiatives, supporting the Director. 2. Develop, manage, and close compliance and legal projects from inception to completion. 3. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage inter‑departmental dependencies (Legal, Compliance, Privacy, business units). 4. Establish intake, triage, and prioritization workflows for legal and compliance requests. 5. Design, document, and continuously improve legal & compliance processes, SOPs, and playbooks. 6.
