**Job Title:** Marketing Manager (Content‑led Growth)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of content‑driven go‑to‑market programs that generate pipeline, improve conversion, and support product launches. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and GTM Engineering to translate product insights into compelling storytelling and sales‑enablement assets that drive revenue impact.

- Deliver measurable pipeline influence and reduced sales‑cycle time through high‑impact content.
- Maintain a aligned content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all GTM channels.
- Continuously analyze funnel performance, identify drop‑off points, and iterate on positioning and assets.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure rapid feedback loops and execution speed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end‑to‑end creation and distribution of video, podcast, and written content (concept, production, repurposing).
- Develop and manage the content calendar tied to GTM priorities, target segments, and launch timelines.
- Produce core sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, demo scripts) and video assets for outbound and deal acceleration.
- Lead messaging and asset coordination for product, platform, and service launches across all distribution channels.
- Track funnel metrics (conversion rates, sales‑cycle length, pipeline quality) and report impact to leadership.
- Participate in sales calls and post‑mortem reviews to uncover messaging gaps and inform content improvements.
- Test, iterate, and share insights with Sales, Product, and GTM teams to refine stories and assets.
**Required Skills:**
- 4–8+ years in GTM, product marketing, content‑led demand generation, or revenue‑focused marketing.
- Proven ability to create video, podcast, and written content that drives GTM results.
- Strong project ownership, organization, and execution capabilities.
- Experience supporting sales teams with messaging, assets, and launch enablement.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving, technical environment.
- Data‑informed decision making combined with creative storytelling.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics) are a plus but not mandatory.
