Job title: Marketing Leader Role Summary: Lead the brand and demand‑generation strategy for a cutting‑edge robotics and AI organization. Work in partnership with executive leadership to position the company as the go‑to solution for autonomous robotics in industrial, hazardous, and off‑road environments. Build and scale a high‑performing marketing organization and deliver B2B sales enablement that fuels pipeline growth. Expectations: - Drive brand positioning, visual identity, and creative direction to differentiate the company in the robotics / enterprise technology space. - Deliver measurable demand‑generation, pipeline expansion, and B2B revenue support. - Mentor and grow a diverse, results‑focused marketing team. - Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with CEO to define and evolve brand strategy and positioning. - Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events. - Develop sales enablement assets (case studies, decks, playbooks, battlecards) that accelerate deal cycles. - Own demand‑generation programs, including content marketing, webinars, thought‑leadership, and industry events. - Lead creative production for logos, collateral, website, and media assets. - Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. - Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to achieve KPI targets. - Recruit, train, and retain marketing talent, fostering a culture of innovation and data‑driven decision making. Required Skills: - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in robotics, AI, industrial technology, or enterprise software. - Proven success in brand building, visual identity creation, and large‑scale creative campaigns. - Track record in demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement. - Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages. - Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability. - Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and digital advertising. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, or related field. - MBA or advanced marketing certification (e.g., CMO, CMO-C) is preferred but not mandatory.
