Real Estate Analyst (International Markets)
**Role Summary**
Provide analytical support and strategic insight for international real estate investments, targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non‑Resident Indians (NRIs). Work cross‑functionally to design and execute marketing, sales, and event strategies that generate revenue and expand market presence across the UK, EU, UAE, and India.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate market and financial analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through tailored portfolio strategies.
- Execute coordinated marketing, roadshows, and sales initiatives to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of prop‑tech tools and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate findings and proposals clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due‑diligence for international property opportunities.
2. Design and implement sales and marketing strategies for HNI/NRI portfolios.
3. Coordinate events, exhibitions, and roadshows, managing logistics and promotional materials.
4. Develop structured real‑estate products and support advisory services.
5. Manage client onboarding, relationship management, and after‑sales support.
6. Track performance metrics, generate sales reports, and recommend improvements.
7. Collaborate with legal, finance, and technology teams to ensure compliance and innovation.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
- Deep understanding of international real‑estate markets (UK, EU, UAE, India).
- Proven sales strategy development and execution.
- Project management, event coordination, and marketing execution.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and prop‑tech applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and autonomous work ethic.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline (UK).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, or accounting.
- MBA, CFA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent business/finance qualification highly preferred.
- Current UK visa status (PSW, Graduate Visa, Student Visa, etc.) may be required.
