Introduction:

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Real Estate Investment Specialist (International Real Estate) within our International Real Estate division at our Canary Wharf, London office.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage and collaborate with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), in-house clients, and business partners to generate new avenues for company expansion. They should demonstrate sharp attention to detail and exceptional communication and writing skills, coupled with strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and efficient execution. Additionally, they must prioritize the development of robust client relationships, upholding brand integrity to consistently meet monthly sales objectives.

Qualification Required:

-Completion of a Master's Degree with outstanding academic performance from UK.

-UK visa status required PSW, Graduate Visa, Student Visa or any further.

-At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Demonstrated expertise in implementing effective sales strategies and achieving results.

-Driven and target-oriented.

-Possession of an MBA, CFA, ACCA, CA or equivalent business, finance or banking degree from a reputable institution.
