Investment Analyst – Real Estate (London)

Join a leading pan-European real estate investment platform entering an exciting growth phase.

We’re supporting a top-tier private real estate investment manager with over £2.5bn+ of projects under development across the UK and Europe.

The firm is active across the living sectors (BTR, PBSA, Co-Living) and is known for its data-driven approach, sustainability focus, and collaborative culture.

This newly created Investment Analyst position offers exceptional exposure to acquisitions, capital raising, development, and strategy, working alongside a highly experienced leadership team in London.

The Role

Support the underwriting and execution of new UK and European living-sector investments.
Conduct market research, financial modelling, and sensitivity analysis across multiple deal types.
Assist in due diligence, investment papers, and transaction coordination.
Contribute to equity and debt funding processes and investor reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams on data and performance analysis to drive decision-making.

About You

Experience in real estate investment, advisory, or financing (living sector exposure a plus).
Strong financial modelling (DCF, IRR, sensitivities) and analytical capability.
Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics; postgraduate or CFA progress an advantage.
