Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $70–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Use real estate and property management experience to create accurate, scenario-based tasks.
Review and refine industry-related content to ensure professional relevance.
Provide written insights based on real-world decision-making, regulations, and operational workflows.
Work asynchronously and adjust to evolving task instructions.

Requirements

Strong experience working full-time as a Property, Real Estate, or Community Association Manager.
Must be based in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours/week.
Must use a desktop or laptop computer.
Excellent written communication and attention to procedural accuracy.
