Robert Half is recruiting for a Business Analyst from a real estate Background.

**This Role is outside IR35**

ROLE: Business Analyst

LENGTH: 12 Months +

LOCATION: Hybrid - London

PAY: depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

Understanding Business Needs:
Engage with teams across the organisation to explore how technology can improve operations, enhance processes, and solve business challenges.
Mapping and Improving Processes:
Document existing workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend ways to streamline or enhance performance through better systems and processes.
Defining Requirements:
Translate business objectives into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide development and delivery.
Collaborating on Solutions:
Work closely with developers and technical specialists to shape solutions that are fit for purpose, technically feasible, and aligned with long-term goals.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Support the testing process by creating test plans, validating functionality, and ensuring outcomes meet business expectations before solutions go live.
Supporting Delivery:
Partner with project managers to monitor progress, maintain alignment with business priorities, and support smooth adoption and rollout across teams.

What We're Looking For

Around 5 years' experience in a business analysis or similar role within a technology-focused environment.
Familiarity with the real estate or property sector is a plus, but not essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to investigating and resolving issues.
Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Confident using business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
A proactive, forward-thinking attitude and a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
