Job Title: ETS Analyst/Documentation Specialist Role Summary: Contractor responsible for enhancing IT risk management by compiling, analyzing, and documenting risk data to support decision‑making across risk teams. Expactations: Deliver accurate risk reports, develop SOPs and training materials, advise on complex risk projects, and continuously improve risk governance practices. Key Responsibilities: • Compile, research, and analyze risk data for comprehensive reports. • Collaborate with SMEs to create and document SOPs, manuals, workflows, and controls for audit, vulnerability management, control testing, and issue management. • Develop and evaluate risk reporting mechanisms and provide actionable recommendations to executives. • Serve as training and documentation expert, guiding risk teams on best practices. • Offer technical advisory support for high‑impact projects within risk management areas. • Identify and implement improvements to risk governance practices and systems.
