Job Title: Help Desk Support

Contract: 6 months – possible extension

Locations: Vienna, VA (100% onsite)

Description:

Tier 1 or Tier 2 diagnostics and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
Familiarity with PC, Laptop, and Thin Client devices
Experience in document operating procedures and adept ticket notation ability
Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system
Experience with Asset Management & Inventory Control – Scanning, updating, tracking, collection, and overall management of NF assets to ensure accuracy and availability of equipment.
Perform employee moves to include equipment teardowns, installs, and cable management.
Ability to work independently and in a large group setting
Effective organizational, planning, and time management
