Job Description

Job Title: Security Coordinator Role Summary: Oversee physical and operational security for projects in Morocco, ensuring alignment with global security standards and rapid risk management protocols. Expectations: Lead security operations in a high-risk environment, adapt to dynamic threats, and maintain seamless coordination with international support teams to uphold client and operational safety. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate on-the-ground security for team operations, transport, and events in Morocco. - Supervise local security personnel, including drivers and escorts. - Execute risk assessments and develop region-specific security response strategies. - Implement and adjust security protocols based on real-time threat intelligence. - Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align with security KPIs. - Gather and analyze human intelligence (HuMInt) to inform security measures. - Document security activities, incidents, and preventive actions in detailed reports. Required Skills: - Proven experience in security coordination and team management, preferably in North Africa or similar regions. - Expertise in risk assessment and protocol design. - Proficiency in Human Intelligence (HuMInt) collection and analysis. - Strong communication in English and French. - Flexibility to travel and respond to operational demands. Required Education & Certifications: - Formal security training or equivalent experience. International security certifications (e.g., CISM, PCE) preferred.
