Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Manager – Global FinTech/Financial Services
Role Summary: Lead the creation and operation of a global Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem, design and deliver high-impact digital learning solutions, and drive strategic L&D initiatives across multiple regions within a regulated financial services environment.
Expectations: • Build a world‑class L&D engine from the ground up, overseeing onboarding, leadership development, and commercial training. • Own and optimize the end‑to‑end configuration and governance of the 360Learning LMS. • Influence senior leaders and shape a performance‑driven learning culture. • Deliver measurable outcomes through data‑driven dashboards and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, launch, and maintain global L&D programs (onboarding, sales, leadership, compliance).
2. Configure, manage cohorts, integrate tools, and govern the 360Learning LMS.
3. Develop interactive digital content using Articulate, SCORM, and assessment tools.
4. Lead multi‑region program delivery (UK, EU, North America) and coordinate with HR, sales, compliance, and IT.
5. Create and present data dashboards, KPI reports, and insights to senior leadership.
6. Drive L&D innovation, including AI‑enhanced coaching, personalized learning journeys, and new delivery formats.
7. Serve as a change agent, guiding learning culture transformation and scaling initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Extensive L&D experience in regulated financial services firms.
• Hands‑on expertise managing LMS platforms, strong preference for 360Learning.
• Advanced digital content creation (Articulate, SCORM, assessment design).
• Proven ability to deliver large, multi‑region training programs.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and data‑reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior‑level influence.
• Strong project management, problem‑solving, and execution focus.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
• Relevant L&D certifications (e.g., CPLP, CPLD, ATD, or equivalent) preferred.
