Job Description
**Job Title** Procurement Manager **Role Summary** Oversee procurement, logistics, and financial support for day‑to‑day operations in a design‑focused environment. Coordinate office supplies, project materials, customs clearance, and installation activities. Act as liaison between production, design teams, clients, and senior executives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, on‑time procurement and logistics for office and project needs. - Maintain clear communication with clients, designers, and executive team. - Support budget monitoring, expense reporting, and financial documentation. - Exhibit strong bilingual communication (French/English) and excellent time‑management. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage daily office operations: equipment ordering, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and onboarding. - Code and submit invoices/receipts for accounting; update budgeting and account files. - Source, quote, and procure FF&E and project supplies; oversee customs, transportation, and storage. - Coordinate installations with design leads, track deliverables, and resolve post‑installation issues. - Liaise with design project leaders to monitor timelines and synchronize deliverables. - Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments for Creative Director and President; manage itineraries. - Organize events, team activities, and brand‑related initiatives; handle logistics for public and internal events. - Support branding and marketing projects, maintaining records of progress and outcomes. **Required Skills** - Bilingual French and English (written & spoken). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent time‑management and multitasking. - Proficiency in procurement and logistics software; experience with FF&E selection processes. - Knowledge of customs clearance and project scheduling practices. - Detail-oriented, problem‑solving, and proactive. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Art, Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar procurement or operations role within the design or architecture industry. - Familiarity with construction or repair processes and materials is an asset.
