Job title: Head of Category – Luxury Real Estate
Role Summary:
Lead the luxury real‑estate category as a business owner, defining strategy, managing P&L, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Own pricing, inventory, demand generation, and product‑experience initiatives to position the platform as the global leader in luxury properties.
Expactations:
* Own 12–24 month strategic plan with clear KPIs (inventory, demand, ARPA, MRR).
* Deliver revenue and margin targets, balancing cost and ROI of marketing and commercial spend.
* Grow exclusive listings in key luxury markets and expand international visitor traffic.
* Ensure high listing quality and superior customer experience for agents and buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategy, OKRs, and P&L management.
* Define pricing models and value‑based packages with GTM and sales teams.
* Expand exclusive listings (Île‑de‑France, Côte d’Azur, Alps, etc.) and partner with premium agencies.
* Plan and launch B2C marketing, SEO/SEA, and international traffic campaigns.
* Collaborate with product and tech to optimize the user journey and pilot new features (AI‑staging, high‑res media, call tracking).
* Lead cross‑functional category reviews; coordinate resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Analytics.
* Own budget planning and resource allocation for the luxury segment.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5 years category management, strategy, or P&L ownership in luxury real‑estate, premium travel, or marketplace.
* Proven track record building vertical or premium segments.
* Strong analytical, data‑driven decision making.
* Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management at C‑level.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and execution focus.
* Fluent in French and English; international experience valued.
* Excellent communication, empathy for customer needs, and risk tolerance.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in real‑estate, business, marketing, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
* Strategy consulting experience is a plus; no mandatory certifications.
