Your Mission: Redefine Luxury

As Head of Category (f/m/d) - Luxury Real Estate for the Luxury segment, you act as the business owner of your category – with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and operational success. You will further build France’s #1 platform for luxury real estate and position it internationally.

Job Description

What you will do:

Strategy & P&L Ownership

Develop and execute a 12–24 month plan with clear KPIs (inventory, demand, ARPA, MRR, etc.)
Own the P&L: revenue, margin, and ROI of commercial and marketing investments
Define pricing strategies and value-based packages together with GTM & Sales

Supply Growth & Customer Success

Expand exclusive listings in key markets (e.g. Île-de-France, Côte d’Azur, Alps)
Collaborate closely with sales and field teams to attract high-value agencies
Ensure the highest listing quality (imagery, translations, content)

Demand Generation & Brand Positioning

Execute targeted B2C marketing and SEO/SEA initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
Build and position Belles Demeures and Lux Residence as the go-to destination for luxury properties
Develop international traffic strategies (e.g. Middle East, UK, USA)

Product & Customer Experience

Work with product and tech teams to optimize the user journey
Develop and pilot new features (e.g. AI staging, high-res media, call tracking)
Bring customer feedback into continuous product development

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead regular category reviews focused on KPIs & OKRs
Coordinate resources from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics
Own budget and strategic planning for the Luxury segment

Success Will Be Measured By …

Market share in the luxury segment (listings & agencies)
Revenue growth (ARPA, MRR)
Web traffic & share of international visitors
Leads generated per listing
Listing quality score & NPS (agents & seekers)

Qualifications

What you bring:

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in category management, strategy, or P&L ownership – ideally in luxury real estate, premium travel, or marketplace environments
Proven track record of developing vertical or premium segments
Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management experience
Strategy consulting experience is a plus but not a must
Fluent in French & English; international experience preferred

Skills & Mindset

Strong analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented thinking
Hands-on approach, high ownership, and execution strength
Empathy for customer needs (agencies & buyers)
Excellent communication skills (incl. at C-level)
