Job Title: B2B Cybersecurity Sales & Business Development
Role Summary: Remote B2B sales professional responsible for end‑to‑end selling of virtual CISO services and cybersecurity solutions to technology, software, healthcare, financial services, and defence clients.
Expactations: Achieve a predictable pipeline of retainer and project wins; work on 100% commission; convert prospects into subscription clients; meet or exceed revenue targets; maintain high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads using Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Design, execute, and optimize outreach sequences and sales playbooks.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to align sales proposals with service delivery.
- Manage pipeline, update CRM data, and forecast revenue.
- Continuously improve sales processes and capture feedback.
Required Skills:
- Proven B2B sales experience closing cybersecurity deals in tech, software, healthcare, finance, or defence sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience developing sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and client presentations.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CMMC, or similar frameworks is advantageous.
