**Job Title:** Solution Architect – Commercial Technology **Role Summary:** Lead evaluation and transformation of commercial technology systems (e-commerce, CRM, ticketing) to deliver integrated, scalable solutions aligned with organizational strategy. **Expectations:** Define future-state architecture, coordinate implementation, and act as a technical authority for cross-functional teams and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate and modernize legacy commercial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Galaxy). - Design end-to-end solutions for seamless platform integration and customer-centric digital experiences. - Collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure solution delivery governance. - Advise on platform selection, vendor engagement, and data architecture. - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy and business objectives. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in commercial systems (e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation, ticketing). - Strong knowledge of integration architectures and APIs. - Experience in solution design, vendor management, and platform implementation. - Stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership. - Proficiency in architectural governance and solution documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, cloud architecture). - Project management or enterprise architecture certifications preferred (e.g., PMI, TOGAF).
