Zoho CRM Specialist (Developer – Standardisation & Simplification Focus)
**Role Summary**
Design, build, and optimise Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics environments for a global B2B services company. Focus on standardising feature sets, improving data quality, and implementing AI‑driven automation while ensuring GDPR compliance and clear documentation.
**Expectations**
- Lead standardisation of Zoho modules, layouts and workflows across business units.
- Maintain high data integrity and compliance across all CRM processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable automations and AI solutions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Support and Data teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure modules, fields, layouts, validation rules, and company‑wide logic to support unified processes.
- Build and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third‑party platforms using native tools, REST APIs and middleware.
- Monitor and remediate data quality issues: duplicates, incorrect mappings, missing fields.
- Implement GDPR and global privacy consent/opt‑in/opt‑out logic.
- Design, script and deploy intelligent automation and AI‑enhanced processes.
- Respond to CRM incidents, provide escalation support and ensure minimal downtime.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, deployment notes, user guides and conduct training.
- Create unit and integration tests; support UAT, change management and production releases.
- Participate in agile sprints, stand‑ups, retrospectives and cross‑team planning sessions.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years of experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Desk and other Zoho suite.
- Strong knowledge of CRM data models, deduplication and data hygiene practices.
- Proficient in Deluge scripts, Client Scripts, custom functions and workflow automation.
- Hands‑on experience with API‑based integrations (REST, middleware) between Zoho and external systems.
- Familiarity with Zoho Analytics and reporting or BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Understanding of AI integration opportunities within CRM processes.
- Experience with enterprise‑scale, multi‑region CRM implementations.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy regulations applicable to CRM systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Proven documentation and knowledge‑sharing skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Zoho Certified Developer (or equivalent Zoho certification) highly desirable.
