They are seeking a Zoho Developer to help design, build, maintain, and optimise
their Zoho UX, automations, and integrations. This role will work closely with the Senior CRM Specialist to deliver improved user experiences, reliable data flows, scalable automations, and improve data quality and completeness in their CRM. To drive AI-readiness, this role will focus on moving away from customisation and into standardized Zoho use, as well as data clean-up, customer hierarchies, category ontologies, data governance, and more. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data quality who wants to support a fast-growing B2B services company.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Maintain Zoho Functionality: Under direction of Senior CRM Specialist, configure modules, layouts, fields, views, and validation rules to support business processes. With the overarching goal to unify all internal divisions to aligned processes and remove system complexity, design module improvements, workflows, and company logic as required.
Integrations & APIs: Support teams to implement and maintain integrations between Zoho (CRM, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Analytics) and third-party platforms (websites, marketing automation, support tools, ERPs) using Zoho native tools, REST APIs, and middleware.
Data Quality & Compliance: Monitor data flows and advise on fixes for data cleanliness issues (duplicates, incorrect mappings, missing fields), including suggesting solutions for user data management and de-duplication solutions. Support maintenance of consent and opt-in/opt-out logic to support GDPR and global privacy requirements.
AI, Automation & Process Optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable automations and processes. Identify opportunities to introduce AI or automation to reduce manual work and increase accuracy.
Support & Incident response: Respond to CRM-related incidents and production issues as needed, escalating to Senior CRM Developer or CRM & Integrations Manager.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks and deployment notes for all changes. Help write user guides and provide occasional training for end users.
Testing & Deployment: Create and execute unit and integration tests; support UAT and change management processes. Assist with release coordination and change rollouts to production with minimal disruption.
Collaboration: Work in an agile/sprint cadence with the CRM team and relevant web and data teams; participate in planning, stand-ups and retrospectives. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product users to ensure CRM solutions meet cross-functional needs.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years working with Zoho and hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, etc.
Solid understanding of CRM data models, deduplication, and data hygiene best practices
Demonstrated history of writing Deluge scripts, Client Scripts, custom functions, and building workflow/process automations.
Experience with API-based integrations between Zoho and third-party systems (websites, marketing automation, analytics, ERP), including troubleshooting integration issues
Experience with Zoho Analytics and reporting or BI tooling (ideally Tableau)
Experience or interest in introducing AI and automation into CRM processes
Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations and multi-region deployments including collaboration with Marketing, Sales or Customer Support teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and implement workflows
Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy/compliance requirements as they apply to CRM systems
Strong communication skills; able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders (strong written & spoken English)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a part-time, remote capacity
Proven ability to document solutions and share knowledge with teammates
Employment type: Full-time contract (day rate or fixed-term)
Location: Remote but ideally based in the UK or France
