Job Specifications

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive/Client Relations Representative to assist with our outreach and sales programme, primarily to the Architecture, Interior Design & specifier community, to improve awareness, develop relationships and help with system specification as well as assisting with closing deals.

Salary: £27-33k– additional commission structure

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00AM – 6.00PM (negotiable), some morning or evening work for networking may be required

Location: Work from Home – Head Office: Central London – Travel across the UK may be required

Role Duties

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Developing and building a strong pipeline of new opportunities to achieve company goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions for clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Managing Zoho CRM to track sales activities, pipeline and customer interactions
Build relationships within identified sectors to build out CRM Role

Requirements

Experience in business development or sales role within similar industry
Highly organised, confident communicator and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Zoho CRM a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Business development: 1 year+ (Preferred)

Industry/Sector Knowledge (Desirable but not required)
