Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence (AI) **Role Summary:** Lead the strategy, development, deployment, and enterprise‑wide adoption of AI‑powered solutions. Translate business needs into product requirements, prioritize high‑value use cases, and guide AI initiatives from concept through delivery, aligning with Microsoft’s AI roadmap and internal business goals. **Expectations:** - Define and execute AI product vision, governance, and roadmap. - Identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear business value. - Build business cases, secure investment, and manage AI product backlog. - Champion AI adoption, drive change management, and ensure user uptake. - Monitor performance, iterate solutions, and align with corporate AI strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and technology owners to shape AI integration across platforms. - Assess suitability of AI vs. automation/analytics for each use case. - Select appropriate AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Databricks, Power BI) in line with strategy. - Develop and maintain AI project pipeline; update priorities based on stakeholder feedback and emerging opportunities. - Produce business cases and justify AI investments. - Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, demos, and success‑story promotion. - Incorporate Microsoft AI roadmap into product planning and coordinate with corporate AI leadership. - Track solution performance, capture feedback, and drive continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience applying AI/ML (including generative AI) to solve business problems. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data/analytics platforms. - Product or project management expertise (≥5 years), preferably on data or AI initiatives. - Technical proficiency with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, 365 Copilot, Power BI, Databricks) – asset. - Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Change‑management and user‑adoption skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus). - Relevant AI certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer Associate, Azure AI Fundamentals) preferred.
