Job Title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Own and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategy for a purpose‑driven B2B SaaS platform serving membership organisations and trade bodies. Deliver webinars, lifecycle communications, content, and growth initiatives to support customer acquisition, retention, and upsell.
Expectations: Deliver measurable marketing performance that drives a target of £1M ARR; manage multiple concurrent projects with limited resources; maintain high standards of written content, messaging clarity, and data‑driven optimisation; collaborate closely with senior executives and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and host 2 webinars per month (topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, post‑event follow‑up).
- Own lifecycle marketing: email, in‑app messaging, and newsletters to boost engagement and conversion.
- Create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn and other channel content; coordinate design and freelance support.
- Support sales growth: generate demo leads, drive conversion, and upsell within existing membership relationships.
- Work with CTO on product launches, in‑app messaging, and CRM/workflow optimisation.
- Partner with CEO, Account Management, and Customer Success on high‑level membership engagements and renewal/expansion activities.
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and communications.
- Define and refine messaging and positioning for clarity and consistency.
- Analyse performance via CRM and reporting tools, iterate campaigns based on insights.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or platform‑led businesses.
- Proven ability to drive end‑to‑end campaigns, from planning to delivery, with minimal oversight.
- Strong written communication (English) with high attention to detail and clarity.
- Project management skills: prioritise, coordinate multiple streams, and meet deadlines.
- Experience conducting webinars and executing lifecycle marketing that increases engagement and conversion.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders (founders, executives) and external vendors (designers, freelancers).
- Collaborative mindset in a small, agile team; values purpose‑led work and accountability.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
