Job Description
**Job Title** HR Manager Operations – EMEA (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract) **Role Summary** Lead a regional HR Operations team (8 members) delivering end‑to‑end HR administration, master‑data management, and compliance across 8 EMEA countries. Partner with HR functions, business leaders, and external partners to ensure service level agreements, data quality, and continuous improvement of the employee lifecycle processes. **Expectations** - Achieve SLA targets for HR transactional services and payroll cut‑offs. - Maintain high data integrity and compliance through regular audits and remediation. - Drive a high‑performance, collaborative team culture with strong employee engagement. - Identify and implement process efficiencies using data‑driven insights. - Provide reliable coverage for HR Operations leadership as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee delivery of HR lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, off‑boarding, etc.) ensuring efficiency and SLA adherence. - Monitor workload trends; plan resources for peak periods and manage volume metrics. - Capture colleague and stakeholder feedback to refine processes and reduce query volume (Tier 0 self‑service). - Conduct regular audits, compliance checks, and data‑cleansing; manage remediation within a service‑management framework. - Lead day‑to‑day line management: onboarding, performance reviews, career and development discussions, and quality measurement. - Promote consistent use of global HR policies, processes, and technology platforms. - Collaborate with HR Specialists, Service Management, Change Projects, Training, and local HR experts on scope changes and system enhancements. - Perform root‑cause analysis on operational issues and implement corrective actions. - Serve as deputy for other HR Operations leaders when required. **Required Skills** - Proven experience leading HR Operations or Global Business Services teams in a tiered service‑delivery model. - Strong knowledge of HR processes, process mapping, re‑engineering, SOP development, SLA implementation, and internal controls. - Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior and operational stakeholders across multiple countries. - Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of influencing decisions with logic and data. - Data‑analysis proficiency to prioritize initiatives and drive continuous improvement. - Experience with HRIS SaaS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) focused on data quality. - Demonstrated ability to foster high‑performance, collaborative cultures and enhance employee engagement. - Problem‑solving mindset with a “why” orientation and willingness to challenge the status quo. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP) preferred but not mandatory.
