Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Director - FMCG **Role Summary:** Senior leadership role overseeing sales, profit performance, and strategic initiatives for global FMCG brands in ANZ. Leads a high-performance team to drive sustainable growth, manage P&L, and execute market-leading strategies across channels and categories. **Expectations:** - Willingness to relocate to Australia immediately. - Minimum 10+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, grocery, or retail environments. - Proven track record in managing end-to-end P&L with focus on trade ROI and category growth. - Strong expertise in category management, shopper marketing, and retail media. - Leadership experience in driving cross-functional collaboration (marketing, supply chain, finance). **Key Responsibilities:** - Own sales/profit performance across all ANZ sales channels and categories. - Develop and implement channel strategies, pricing frameworks, and promotional plans. - Execute flawless go-to-market operations aligned with the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). - Strengthen partnerships with major retailers (e.g., Coles, Woolworths) and drive trade/shopper marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Advanced commercial leadership in FMCG and grocery sectors. - End-to-end P&L ownership and trade ROI optimization. - Strategic planning and execution for complex sales operations. - Category management, shopper marketing, and retail media strategies. - Leadership in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No certifications specified; prior FMCG industry certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) may be advantageous.
