Job Title: Salesforce Technical Business Analyst – Service Cloud Role Summary: Lead the analysis and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, translating business needs into functional specifications for Email‑to‑Case, Telephony, Live Chat, and Omni‑Channel. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful deployment and adoption. Expectations: * 8+ years of business analyst experience in Salesforce, with a focus on Service Cloud. * Deliver accurate requirements, functional designs, and configuration roadmaps on schedule. * Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and successful migration activities. * Enable end‑user adoption through training and support. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, document, and prioritize business requirements for Service Cloud initiatives. * Configure and optimize Email‑to‑Case, Telephony, Live Chat, and Omni‑Channel features. * Coordinate with infrastructure teams on system integrations and platform migrations. * Oversee testing, deployment, and user enablement phases. * Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders to validate solution alignment. Required Skills: * Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and its core features (Email‑to‑Case, Telephony, Live Chat, Omni‑Channel). * Strong business analysis, documentation, and requirements translation capabilities. * Experience managing system integrations and platform migrations (no coding required). * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. * Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator are preferred.
