Salesforce Architect (SFDC)
**Role Summary**
Senior Salesforce Technical Solution Architect with 12–18 years total IT experience, including 9+ years hands‑on architecture, coding, and implementation in Salesforce. Extensive expertise in Health Cloud (minimum 3 payer‑oriented implementations ≥6 months each), OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud, and enterprise‑scale integrations. Serves as a technology leader for U.S. clients, managing both on‑shore and offshore teams, delivering architecture, code, and deployment.
**Expectations**
- Lead end‑to‑end solutioning and architecture for large SFDC projects (≥10,000 users).
- Deliver high‑quality Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code and configure Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Coordinate daily communication between U.S. stakeholders and offshore development teams.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices across coding, testing, and deployment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud integrations.
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
- Lead data modeling, integration planning, and API strategy (SOAP/REST/ Bulk/Metadata).
- Manage configuration, automation (workflow, validation, approval), reporting, and dashboards.
- Oversee deployment pipelines (change sets, ANT, metadata API) and resolve deployment issues.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and validation of best practices.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams on data model and compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend third‑party products in the payer/provider space.
**Required Skills**
- Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, Experience Cloud).
- OmniStudio (Consultant, Developer).
- Health Cloud data models, external objects, and compliance standards.
- Integration expertise: SOAP/REST, Bulk API, Metadata API, EHR/EMR connectors.
- Strong database skills (SQL/PLSQL, schema design, ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with deployment tools (change set, eclipse, ANT).
- U.S. client engagement, on‑shore offshore coordination.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and mentoring abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum 12–18 years IT experience with 9+ years in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Must hold Platform Developer 2 certification.
- At least two Architect‑stream certifications (e.g., Solution Architect, Integration Architecture).
- Optional: Advanced Administrator (ADM-301), Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant.
