**Job Title** Regional Sales Manager UK **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end sales of data centre infrastructure solutions in the UK, driving lead generation, proposal development, and project award. Manage strategic client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional support, and promote the company's product portfolio across the market. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipeline and forecast. - Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. - Deliver high‑quality service and support to key customers. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the full sales cycle from lead capture to project award. - Collaborate with internal business units to generate opportunities and support proposals. - Manage supplier quality activities for strategic clients (audits, quality sheets, scorecards). - Create and report on sales pipeline and progress metrics. - Educate and work with specifying consultants, architects, contractors, and end users to develop data centre projects. - Build and maintain relationships with installers, general contractors, clients, developers, architects, and engineers across Europe. - Target projects at the design stage to position the product range. - Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. - Perform other reasonable duties as required. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Experience with AutoCAD or BIM software (advantage). - Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Leadership and time‑management skills for fast‑paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Studies (or equivalent).
