Senior Consultant – Strategy, Social Media & Influence
**Role summary**
Lead the full-cycle advisory for high-impact communication strategies focused on social media and influencer ecosystems. Act as the primary client liaison, delivering strategic, creative, and operational guidance while ensuring project performance, quality, and profitability.

- Mentor and coach junior consultants and interns.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards across complex projects.
**Key responsibilities**
1. **Client strategy & advisory** – understand client objectives, diagnose challenges, and recommend actionable communication strategies.
2. **Creative strategy, social & influence** – translate brand goals into social‑first concepts, design influencer activations, tailor content for platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.), and embed authenticity and storytelling.
3. **Thought leadership & pitch support** – draft strategic notes, participate in client pitches, lead workshops and presentations, and iterate agency offerings.
4. **Project management & coordination** – orchestrate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, social media, production, external vendors), ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.
5. **Team leadership & development** – assign work, deliver constructive feedback, foster collaboration, and build collective expertise.
6. **Financial & quality control** – build project budgets with overseeing lead, track profitability/KPIs, and maintain service excellence.
**Required skills**
- Mastery of integrated communication strategy and brand positioning.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer economics, and digital content trends.
- Proven experience designing, launching, and optimizing influencer and social media campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and synthesis abilities.
- Strong analytic, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Business acumen – ability to balance creative vision with financial outcomes.
- Client‑service orientation and relationship‑building prowess.
- Self‑directed, disciplined, and comfortable leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and appetite for emerging digital innovations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
**Required education & certifications**
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Communication, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of senior‑level experience in an agency, consulting, or corporate communications environment.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media strategy, or project management are advantageous.
