**Job Title:** Client Operations – Distribution Onboarding & Oversight (Contract) **Role Summary:** Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding and lifecycle of distribution partners for an asset‑management firm, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory standards while coordinating across Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, compliant onboarding for new and existing distribution partners. - Lead complex, multi‑region cases and maintain strong internal and client relationships. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. - Provide clear reporting and risk escalation to senior stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute full onboarding cycle: documentation, due diligence, KYC/AML checks. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Ops). - Mentor junior team members on onboarding policies and procedures. - Track pipelines, monitor deadlines, and manage partner data integrity. - Analyze onboarding workflows, recommend enhancements, and monitor metrics. - Prepare reporting materials for governance and operational review meetings. - Escalate regulatory or operational risk issues to appropriate leadership. **Required Skills:** - 3–5+ years experience in client operations, onboarding, or due diligence within asset management or financial services. - Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, and relevant regulatory frameworks. - Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. - Proficient in stakeholder communication, including presentation of complex issues to senior leaders. - Commercial awareness with a focus on client experience and compliance balance. - Familiarity with fund distribution and alternative investment vehicles is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or related field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist, FCA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
