Full-time | On Site | 3–6 Month Contract (Immediate Start)

About the Role

A leading global asset management business is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Client Operations team, focusing on international distribution onboarding and oversight.

This role sits within a globally distributed team responsible for supporting fund distribution activities and delivering a high standard of client service to institutional partners. You will play a key role in managing onboarding and lifecycle events for distribution partners across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle management of distribution partners
Coordinate across internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations
Lead complex onboarding cases involving multiple regions and stakeholders
Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements (including KYC/AML and due diligence) are met
Act as a subject matter expert for onboarding processes and policies
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support client-facing teams
Track onboarding pipelines, manage documentation, and ensure timely execution
Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements to enhance client experience
Prepare reporting materials and contribute to governance forums
Escalate risks or issues appropriately to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in onboarding, due diligence, or client operations within asset management or financial services
Solid understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements (essential)
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance client experience and compliance
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability
Understanding of fund distribution and/or alternative investment vehicles is preferred
Degree educated with relevant industry experience (c. 3–5+ years ideal, though flexibility for strong candidates)

Additional Information

Immediate requirement based in the London office
Small, collaborative global team environment
Working hours: approx. 8:30am – 6:00pm
Contract role with potential extension (no guarantee of permanent conversion)
Rate: waiting confirmation from the client
