**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Lead retention and expansion for 30–40 enterprise nonprofit accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and strategic growth through proactive account management and cross‑functional collaboration. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable renewal and expansion targets for enterprise accounts. - Act as trusted advisor to nonprofit executives and stakeholders. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to shape the customer journey. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end‑to‑end relationship management for top enterprise accounts. - Develop and execute customized account plans focused on renewal and upsell. - Conduct regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities and risk mitigation. - Serve as primary customer advocate for product feedback and feature requests. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support. - Track and report on retention, churn, and expansion metrics. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, preferably nonprofit. - Proven success driving renewals and expansion at enterprise level. - Strong executive‑level relationship building and communication. - Strategic account planning and data‑driven decision making. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CSIM, SaaS Success, Customer Success Manager certification) preferred but not mandatory.
