Job Description
**Job Title** B2B Commercial – Fixed‑Term Contract **Role Summary** A 4‑month, renewable B2B sales role focused on the hospitality market. The incumbent supports the commercial team, manages client interactions, and contributes to sales processes and data upkeep while receiving training in hospitality B2B sales. **Expectations** - Complete a structured training program in B2B sales for the hotel sector. - Work autonomously with an emphasis on responsibility and initiative. - Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and service. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist the commercial team in processing inbound requests. - Respond to emails and phone calls in line with company values. - Prepare and enter quotations into the reservation software. - Advise clients and build relationships throughout the sales cycle. - Enter and update contact files to keep the client database current. - Engage in prospecting and retention activities (telephoning, mailing, events). - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. - Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales processes and supporting tools. **Required Skills** - Experience in hospitality or restaurant sales (preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication; flawless spelling. - Strong analytical mindset and openness to constructive feedback. - Ability to work independently and adapt to urgent situations. - Collaborative team player, capable of problem‑solving alone or with others. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
