Job Title: Independent Real Estate Agent Role Summary: Commission‑based real estate agent specializing in premium and off‑market residential properties. Responsible for acquiring listings, estimating value, marketing, negotiating transactions and ensuring a seamless process from client acquisition to closing, while maintaining long‑term relationships and operating independently. Expectations: - Achieve high sales volume and conversion rates within a competitive commission structure. - Work autonomously while collaborating with a global support network and stakeholders. - Utilize advanced digital tools and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and client service. - Adhere to all local regulations, ethical standards, and contractual obligations.
