We are expanding our network and seeking experienced Independent Real Estate Agents to partner with us. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in client relations, sales performance, and navigating the dynamic property market of the French Riviera.

Responsibilities
Source and secure new property listings
Manage exclusive and non-exclusive sales mandates
Conduct valuations and advise clients on pricing
Guide clients throughout the buying, selling, or rental journey
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants
Oversee administrative procedures to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain long-term client relationships
Stay informed on local market trends and regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in real estate (experience in the high-end market is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals successfully
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual (French & English) preferred
