**Job Title** Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive B2B sales of prop‑tech solutions to builders, developers, and high‑value real‑estate clients. Identify, develop, and close high‑ticket deals while nurturing long‑term client relationships and contributing to sales strategy. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets. - Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and meet strict conversion metrics. - Demonstrate a hunter mentality with a focus on growth and market share. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and research new business opportunities in the New Home and Condo market. - Initiate contact and secure meetings/demos with senior decision makers. - Deliver compelling product demonstrations that align with client pain points. - Negotiate and close agreements, securing client commitments to the platform. - Manage and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Develop strategic plans to grow revenue and expand market presence. - Identify innovative contracting solutions for complex accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements. **Required Skills** - Proven high‑value, long‑cycle B2B sales experience (real estate, software, SaaS, or related). - Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment. - Tech‑savvy with knowledge of AI and SaaS development. - Deep understanding of the New Home and Condo market dynamics. - Hunter mentality, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Prior experience with builders, developers, or the New Home industry is mandatory.
