Lab Management & Integration – maintain lab infrastructure; design and execute cross‑vendor integration tests (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Netskope, Ruckus, Extreme, etc.); document deployment pipelines for Wi‑Fi, ZTNA, security enforcement, and identity integration. 2. Documentation & Training – author deployment guides, interoperability manuals, troubleshooting procedures; conduct technical workshops for sales, support, presales, and customer success teams. 3. Market Research & Analysis – track Wi‑Fi, SASE, cloud security, and identity trends; evaluate competitor capabilities; propose product enhancements based on lab insights. 4. Cross‑functional Collaboration – lead executive‑level discussions, collaborate with engineering, product, and partner teams; communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field (preferred). • Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
