Cloudi-Fi is a global SaaS company leading the transformation in Zero-Trust Network Access Management through a cloud-native, secure, and scalable platform. With an international customer base, we help enterprises implement secure, zero-trust access frameworks for their multi-site environments.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced hands-on technical person who would be in charge of the Cloudi-Fi lab. The lab is a central tool used to support Engineering, field technical teams (Presales and Support), Product Management, competitive analysis, customers and Partners. This person will report to the Chief Product Officer as an active member of the Product Management team.
Responsibilities
1. Lab Management & Integrations
Own and operate the technical lab environment, ensuring stable, up-to-date infrastructure for testing and validation.
Design and perform integration tests across networking, Wi-Fi, security, and cloud ecosystems (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, Ruckus, Extreme Networks etc.).
Develop, validate, and document end-to-end deployment workflows for guest Wi-Fi, BYOD, IoT, ZTNA onboarding, security enforcement, and identity-based access control.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide actionable insights to engineering and product teams.
2. Documentation & Training
Write and maintain technical documentation, including:
Deployment guides and configuration examples
Integration and interoperability guides
Best practices and detailed use cases
Advanced troubleshooting procedures
Deliver technical training sessions for internal teams (sales, support, presales, customer success, professional services).
Produce clear, concise, and educational materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Market Research & Analysis
Monitor industry trends in Wi-Fi, cloud security, identity management, SASE and ZTNA to anticipate customer needs and emerging technologies.
Analyze competitors’ features, documentation, and integration capabilities to inform product roadmap decisions.
Identify opportunities for product improvement through lab findings and market insights.
Required Skills & Experience
Deep interest in networking, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, and cloud-based technologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in complex multi-vendor environments.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting technical and market data.
Strong customer focus and ability to understand practical deployment challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and ownership.
Comfortable leading both executive-level discussions and hands-on technical workshops.
Natural and authentic communicator, collaborative across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. Will also interact with our technology partners (Network and Security market leaders/vendors)
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient presenter on-site and in digital formats.
Highly adaptable to evolving product scopes and responsibilities.
Fluent in English (mandatory); French proficiency is a plus.
Awareness of legal and regulatory requirements for Wi-Fi deployments, especially in public spaces (privacy, data retention, user consent).
Technical Competencies
Solid understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general network architectures.
Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies including 802.11 protocols, captive portal frameworks, authentication flows, and roaming behavior.
Understanding of security concepts from Layer 2 to Layer 7, including segmentation, firewalls, XDR, and MDM integrations.
Experience with Identity & Access Management technologies:
- RADIUS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML
- Directory integrations (Azure AD, AD, DCIM)
- Certificate-based authentication (802.1X, EAP-TLS, PKI)
Awareness of IoT security principles and onboarding considerations.
Ability to script or prototype with Python or similar languages for automation, data manipulation, or PoC development.
Hands-on experience with major vendor ecosystems: Cisco Meraki, Cisco WLC, Fortinet FortiGate, Aruba, Extreme Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Netskope (others are a plus).
