Job Description
**Job Title** Head of Wholesale **Role Summary** Lead the wholesale channel, defining strategy, building key partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence and superior partner service. **Expectations** - Deliver sustained revenue growth and meet or exceed commercial targets. - Foster a high‑performance, collaborative team culture. - Maintain and deepen relationships with senior customers and key accounts. - Champion a customer‑centric, hospitality‑driven approach across all touchpoints. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute the wholesale strategy aligned with corporate vision. - Lead, coach, and develop a cross‑functional wholesale team. - Identify, negotiate, and manage opportunities with new and existing partners. - Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational and financial excellence. - Contact first‑point and manage day‑to‑day partner interactions and service delivery. - Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and logistics to optimise the wholesale value chain. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process, quality and cost efficiency. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership and team development in a wholesale or specialty‑coffee environment (≥5 years). - Strong commercial and financial acumen with a record of meeting revenue targets. - Expertise in key‑account and stakeholder management. - Strategic planning, negotiation and opportunity‑identification skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement. - Familiarity with hospitality‑led, fast‑paced business operations. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications in sales, supply‑chain or hospitality management are an advantage.
