THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Wholesale Team brings our company vision to life by being The Ultimate Coffee Hosts. We build enduring relationships, deliver industry-leading service, and support partners to grow their coffee programmes with confidence. Your role will be to elevate this even further.
You’ll shape the strategy for our wholesale channel, nurture key partnerships, and unlock new commercial opportunities. You’ll lead with warmth and credibility, ensuring that every partner feels supported, understood, and excited to work with Ozone. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, consistency, and success of our wholesale operations, from first contact to daily service.

About You
Minimum five years experience in Wholesale or specialty coffee
Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
Strong commercial understanding with a track record of hitting revenue targets
Confident managing senior customer relationships and large key accounts
Skilled in building growth strategies and delivering operational excellence
Comfortable working in a fast paced, hospitality led environment
Clear communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
