**Job Title:**
Bi‑Lingual Facilitator (Independent Contractor)
**Role Summary:**
Deliver participant‑centered training programs for diverse audiences (from frontline staff to senior leaders) through in‑person and virtual workshops. Facilitate modules on bias awareness, conflict resolution, critical conversations, and workplace conflict intervention, adapting content in real time to meet client objectives while upholding high quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high‑quality learning experiences (in‑person & virtual) across core topics such as Bias Awareness, Conflict Resolution Basics, Critical Conversations, Managing Difficult Clients, and Intervening in Workplace Conflict.
- Adapt sessions in real time to diverse learner needs, schedules, and program goals.
- Model customer‑centric service and coaching excellence.
- Prepare, manage, and update learning materials (presentations, guides, worksheets, etc.).
- Facilitate workshops with energy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Ensure alignment with program objectives and maintain the organization’s training standards.
- Use technology confidently in virtual and classroom settings.
**Required Skills:**
- Adult learning principles and instructional design expertise.
- Proven facilitation experience with diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written) and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organization and time‑management.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting tools and learning management systems.
- Ability to handle live dynamics, including sensitive topics such as workplace bias and conflict.
- Bilingual in French (native or fluent) is an asset; Indigenous status is an asset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Post‑secondary education plus a certificate in Adult Education, Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), or equivalent.
- 3–5+ years of active facilitation experience, ideally with diverse audiences.
- Preferred (not mandatory) certifications: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (e.g., CCIP), Mediation or Conflict Resolution, International Coaching Federation (ACC/PCC/MCC), Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP), ANSI certification.
